Collection 1/ 2021

This collection explores vulnerability and confidence in the journey of coming of age in a Rites of Passage experience. Coined by Belgian Anthropologist Arnold van Gennep the term Rite of Passage explores his study of behaviour and adversity. Through this collection we tell a story about physically & mentally transcending from a past place and moving towards the unknown. 

With these garments we invite the wearer with a challenge; we either choose to separate from our normal routine and transition with acceptance of uncertainty, or retreat into imposed expectations.
