Return Policy

If a return or exchange is necessary, please contact us at support@krinofficial.com for further information.

To return a purchase, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
Be returned with original tags and packaging

For all online orders, shipping is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to our studio. If you are receiving an exchange and live Canada, we will ship your exchanged item at no additional charge.

KRIN reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that are damaged, soiled or without tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
